Rooney is like something out of a fairy tale. He is a 15-year-old gelding, and in the short amount of time we’ve known him, we can see just how much love he has to give. In his past, he was trained as a turn-back horse in the cutting pen, and as the story goes, he was quite good at it!
He and Doralee are quite close and have been by each other’s side for about ten years. We are really looking forward to getting to know him, learning more about him & seeing what he knows!
One large square bale ($160) of hay feeds one horse for one month
$60 pays for one horse to see the farrier
