Sundance is a 19-year-old Quarter Horse Palomino gelding who came to us in August 2025 with fellow gelding Little Boy. 

Sundance, like Little Boy, is unhandled and also a bit more fearful around humans. He loves pets and scratches from outside a fence, but becomes more nervous when humans approach him in his space. 

Because he was out in the pasture with Little Boy, they are both quite bonded, with Little Boy most certainly being the boss. 

Once he is out of quarantine, we will be working on gaining Sundance’s trust and getting him halter trained so he can be evaluated by the vet, seen by the farrier, and begin groundwork and saddle training.
